Support Package Options
Blue Tent Marketing is pleased to provide several support options to meet the various needs of our clients. Every client is unique and we've tailored these plans to meet your support requirements. Please review the options below and select the option that is going to fit your online marketing needs best.

Basic Support Package -
Our standard support package for all BTM clients. All requests, questions and issues will be billed at regular hourly rate
This includes:
Phone and email support
A custom email support form submitted directly into the support queue
Advantages: You have access to our team of support professionals with no annual commitment or contracts
Ideal for: Organizations and companies that expect minimal support needs.
Best Practice Support Package
- Upgraded service and reduced hourly rates. Includes up to 6 hours of support time for an annual fee of $600.
This package includes:
Reduced hourly rate from $125/hour to ~$100/hour
Main point of contact - you will have direct access to an account representative to help with support or general questions.
Preferred phone and email access support - You'll have phone and email access to your main point of contact.
Advantages: Faster access to our professionals and over 20% off our regular hourly support rates.
Ideal for: Organizations and companies who expect average support requirements and want an opportunity to save money as well increase their quality of service.
Pre-Paid Prodcution Plan -
Client may choose to prepay for 20 hour blocks of time at $115 per hour. This is an 8% discount from our current hourly pricing and locks you into our old rate.
This package includes:
Reduced hourly rate from $125/hour to $115/hour
Can be used for all support issues, general questions, content updates, site enhancements, etc...
Can not be used New Products – examples would be site redesigns, SEM campaigns, Google Analytics implementations, WSDL implementations, Email Marketing, Google Apps implementations, Web Hosting. If a new product is requested, the support rep will forward the request to the sales department and a formal proposal will be provided for the new product.
Main point of contact - you will have direct access to an account representative to help with support or general questions.

Account Management Services
- We highly recommend our clients take advantage of this service. A dedicated account manager will help you develop and execute all your online marketing initiatives - programs starting at $500/month. Programs are highly customized for your goals and resources.
