 We will work with you from the first time you call to make your trip as hassle free as possible. We pick up your luggage at your home and monitor it as it
arrives into Telluride before you do. It is then kept safely at our new Mountain Village location until the day you arrive. We then deliver the luggage to your house / condo / hotel / etc.
How it works!
- Contact us.
- We gather information about you and your trip.
- Based on the arrival date we decide on a pick-up date.
- We send a fedex welcome envelope to you.
- We have luggage picked up on the agreed upon date at your home or office.
- We verify that luggage was picked up as planned.
- We track the luggage to verify that is moving towards it's destination in the time expected.
- The luggage arrives at our facility.
- We weigh and measure each bag and enter it into our inventory system.
- It is then stored until the day you arrive.
- On the day you arrive we deliver the luggage to you.
- After your stay we come back to your hotel/condo/house/etc. and pick-up any luggage you wish to ship back to your home.
When it's time to leave we pick up the luggage and send it back to your home. What could be easier?
