We're seeking a web developer for our rapidly growing web projects department. We create effective, results-driven web sites for small to medium-sized businesses. Our sites are built on one of two content management systems: the SMC or Drupal. The following ad, which will run in the Boulder Daily Camera and Aspen Daily News next week sums up the desired candidate: WEB DEVELOPER Growing Internet Marketing firm with offices near Aspen (Basalt) and in Boulder seeks talented PHP programmer with content management system experience and strong knowledge of html, css and javascript. Drupal experience a huge plus. Candidate should have strong communication skills, the desire to work on multiple projects and a good eye for details. Salary commensurate to experience. Core Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle concurrent development on multiple web projects.
• Partner with a project manager to meet client goals and expectations.
• Become a Drupal Ninja.
• Help web project managers understand projects and requirements from the development side.
• Code and program in html, css, javascript, php.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of demonstrable web development experience with standards-compliant xhtml, CSS, php and javascript.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management, web project manager) a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
• Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment.
• Ability to work well in a team, to shine as an individual and to maintain a sense of humor.
• High comfort level utilizing the internet for personal shopping, research, community, etc.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Direct and demonstrable experience in web development (please note courses, certificates, etc.).
• Bachelor's in CompSci a huge plus but not a requirement.
