email project manager
We're seeking an Email Project Manager/Designer for our rapidly growing email marketing department. We create effective, results-driven email marketing programs. The Email Project Manager/Designer will be responsible for the account management and production/design of HTML templates for a wide range of accounts. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, excellent communicator and creative problem solver and an entrepreneurially-minded hard worker. This is a full-time position in our Carbondale or Boulder, Colorado office.
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
- Acting as the face of the company to our clients.
- Ensuring that email campaigns and services are meeting client goals and expectations.
- Developing, executing and monitoring effective email marketing campaigns
- Developing and implementing email marketing strategies to achieve client goals.
- Performing in-depth quantitative analyses of email marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing and reporting customer data utilizing the EmailLabs reporting and Google Analytics toolset.
- Providing frequent progress reports regarding email marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients.
Requirements:
- 1 year of internet marketing experience including demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and Photoshop/Fireworks.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management).
- Strong software use skills including in-depth knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop/Fireworks, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access), and aptitude to quickly learn new tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment.
- Ability to work well in a team, to shine as an individual and to maintain a sense of humor.
- High comfort level utilizing the internet as a research and/or shopping tool.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Direct and demonstrable experience in internet marketing/production/design.
- Strong technical aptitude including some ability to understand basic website programming.
