Please complete the form below to donate your computer and peripherals. We accept donations Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at our office located in El Jebel, across from Movieland. YouthEntity, formerly known as the Computers for Kids Foundation or C4K, is a non-profit organization based in Carbondale, CO that will reuse, refurbish and recycle all donations. You will receive an email confirmation receipt to use as a tax acknowledgement letter. All gift-in-kind donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Thank you for your contribution and your help in keeping toxic computer waste out of our landfills!
