New Site: Reck Agri Realty & Auction

We're excited to announce the launch of the new Reck Agri Realty & Auction website, ReckAgri.com. The site features a custom design, clean and informative property and auction pages, and an integrated auction system that we migrated to our servers & re-themed the third party system.

When Reck Agri came to us, their primary pain point was having to load their properties multiple times to display them in different areas of the site. We streamlined the process so they only have to load a property once & can then select multiple categories (Colorado Land for Sale, Upcoming Auctions, Water Rights for Sale, Ranches for Sale, etc.) or different statuses (Auction, Private Treaty, Sold, Sold in 2012, Sold in 2006, etc.). The new process saves the Reck Agri team a significant amount of time.

Established in 1986, Reck Agri Realty & Auction is an authority in the farm & ranch land real estate market. They have developed a wealth of informative resources for their clients which we wanted to make easily accessible on the new site. Thus, we created an extensive Resource Library section. This section consists of a Land Owner’s Dictionary and AG Related Articles that automatically link terms within the articles to their corresponding definitions. Reck Agri also values their partner businesses and wanted to feature them so we designed AG Business Directory functionality to highlight these entities.

Overall, my favorite part of the new site is the design. It’s easy to navigate, easy to manage content and the look fits Reck Agri perfectly. When broker & owner of Reck Agri Realty & Auction, Marc Reck, was asked “What part of the site do you like best?” Marc responded, “Design, color scheme and the ease of operation.” The client did an excellent job with their content & was a pleasure to work with. We're excited to announce their new site & continue assisting Reck Agri Realty & Auction "Win on the Web!"
