The ACE Program is an email marketing solution that we have developed for our clients in the lodging and vacation rental industry. Reservation Inquiry Email: A powerful sales tool for reservationists to narrow down specific guest requests and send personalized, customized property recommendations.
Confirmation Email: This message is sent immediately after a reservation is made to confirm guest reservation dates and rates. Can be integrated with your reservations system to seamlessly book reservations and automatically trigger the confirmation email.
Pre-Arrival Email: Sent approximately two weeks prior to arrival full of useful information aimed at helping your guest save time and energy by helping them plan the details of their vacation. The message can be personalized to include the guest's name, date of arrival, date of departure and any other reservation details that you would like to pass along. It's a first-class guest service piece that reminds your guests to make dinner reservations, rent equipment, make an appointment for a spa treatment, or plan a hot-air balloon ride – the sky is the limit.
Post-Departure Email: Sent about a week after your guest's departure, the post-departure message thanks your guest for their business, asks for feedback with an online survey, and offers a VIP discount on a future visit.
New! – Repeat Booking Reminder Email: This is an ePostcard message that is automatically triggered to your client at the approximate time of their last booking, a year later. For example, if you have a guest that booked a reservation in January 2007, for a stay in June 2007, then the message would be sent in January 2008 offering your guest a VIP discount on an upcoming stay.
New! – Refer A Friend Viral Campaign: Turn your most satisfied clients into your most enthusiastic advocates! This program can be tied into your post-departure message or can run separately. Make it easy for your guests to recommend your business to their friends and family.
Remember, all messages are automatically triggered – all you need to do is regularly update the mailing list with new reservations. Gulf Shores PlantationThe Gulf Shores Plantation ACE Program answers any questions the guest may have about their upcoming trip. The pre-arrival message lists trip details, directions, childrens guide, real estate information and rental policies. In the post-departure email, a survey is included asking for the guests feedback.
