***Very Important Note: This new support plan only effects your Website Support, Website and Email Hosting Support, and General Support Questions. If you are currently running any of our other programs such as SEO, PPC, Google Analytics and Email Marketing, you will still contact your respective account manager for questions relating to those services. This new support system again is only for Website Support, Website and Email Hosting Support, and General Support Questions.

Our support department is your Internet Marketing triage center. We are your first call when an issue arises in any of your online marketing efforts. Our capabilities and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Email and outlook support questions
  • Discovery and diagnosis of general website issues
  • Recommendations and options for repair of issues
  • Website repair and technical troubleshooting for all BTM maintained sites*
  • General Internet Marketing communications
  • Training on systems including website CMS, email marketing programs, etc.
  • Report interpretation
  • Level 1 investigation of 3rd party applications
